To get the funding for the conference, it`s important, that every partner sends us a signed partner declaration form. We will send these declaration forms together with the application for the funding to the national agency of „Youth in Action“*. Note: there are no legal obligations associated with this partner declaration. Also, there are no consequences if – for whatever reasons- you will not take part in the project. These declarations are just confirmations, that we have European partners who are interestes in the project. Single persons are not allowed to get such a funding. Therefore it`s important that you organize yourselves as a group!
There are two possibilities to act as a partner group.
1. You set up an „informal group“ with all participants of your country in the following way:You will find an name for your informal group. You appoint someone that will be in charge of the project act as the contact person. Note: this person is obliged, to take part at the AVP (Advanced project meeting in december 2011 in Berlin). You fill in the partner declaration and sign it. That`s all.
2. You are members of a local non – profit organization (NPO) or there is a local non-profit organization (NPO) who is willing to sign the declaration for you. And you/ they appoint someone that will be in charge of the project act as the contact person. Note: this person is obliged, to take part at the AVP (Advanced project meeting in december 2011 in Berlin). In the last case the NPO/club „delegates“ the group. They don`t have any other liabilities or other things to do.
If you are member of a Club and you know each other (like the swiss team), you also set up an „informal group“. Exception: the club is a registered association and works on a nonprofit basis. In this case you act as NPO.
